Cleanse 101: what you should know to have the healthiest year of your life!

At this time of the year we recommend against drastic diets, and unachievable goals. Instead we advocate a safe and structured cleanse program in conjunction with a delicious gluten-free vegan diet.  Intelligent movement, as for example yoga, will be key too.

    Hi!! I work a lot and I would like to try this programme but I am scared: I already have iron and folic acid deficiency and I don’t want to feel hungry and have lack of energy. Usually I have 3 main meals and 2 snacks between them. Can you give me an advice? Thank soo much 🙂
